Thomas trained as a Clinical Trials Aseptic Pharmacy Technician before moving into piercing. The protocols at Platinum Point are drawn directly from that background.

Kat is a specialist piercer trained to the same clinical standards as the rest of the studio. She's fluent in Taiwanese Mandarin and conversational in Mandarin.
